In today's episode, I sat down with Assistant Principal Rich Norris of 360 High School in Providence, RI. This is more of a look back at when COVID was near its peak and the challenges, changes, and effects it had on our education system through the eyes of a high-ranking, experienced professional.
Rich also is very active in the community, with several positive initiatives he continues to make a difference with. These initiatives, such as the Gentleman's Academy and Black Girl Magic he talks about during the episode.
