I got the opportunity to sit down with Rich Norris. Rich is currently the Assistant Principal for 360 High School in Providence, RI. This interview was extra special in so many ways. From hearing about the hardships he's lived through and overcome, to his honest take on our education system, to the multitude of ways he is paying it forward to help our youths of today who need it the most.
