This is the conclusion of my conversation with Emilee Mae. Emilee is a writer, editor and yoga instructor based out of Central Minnesota. She is Editor-in-Chief of a lifestyle magazine called Lake Country Journal and will publish her first narrative nonfiction book later this year about traveling solo, mental health and navigating her twenties. Emilee is also the co-owner of an apparel brand, Outfit My Life, an outdoor brand of which proceeds from its sales go to mental health initiatives.
Emilee is very active in providing support and inspiration to others, whether through her writing or boots on ground assistance to those who really need it, both nationally and internationally.
